The space

• Maximum of 20 guests; additional unapproved guests will be charged $100 per person, per night
• No parties or events; violations will result in a $1,000 fee and cancellation without refund
• No pets allowed; unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fee
• No illegal drugs anywhere on the property; violations will result in a $500 fee
• No smoking, including marijuana, anywhere on the property; violations will result in a $500 fee
• Check-out is at 10:00 AM; late check-out without approval will be charged $100 per hour
• Please clean up after yourself; excessive mess may result in a $500 deep cleaning fee
• Do not remove, cover, or tamper with safety devices or equipment; guests are responsible for all resulting damages and reinstallation costs

★Spa Heater Note★
Please be advised that the spa will not heat up as much if the outside temperature falls below 55°F. The heater is still working when it’s cold outside, but it is not capable of heating the pool to a very warm temperature in that scenario.
