140 m from the house there is an unheated communal swimming pool with a separate children's pool. Opening hours are 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. in summer and 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. in winter. Please note that due to repair works the swimming pool may be closed for a short period.

Guests can use all rooms in the house except of the locked balcony. For community pool you need a plastic key card. You'll find the pool badge with the keys.

Our holiday house is located in the nice neighbourhood called La Colina at the first 18 holes golf course of the Canarian island in Caleta de Fuste on Fuerteventura. It’s a quiet place, safe and environment friendly, capable of offering everything you need. A green oasis with 23º C average temperature in the middle of an island of great natural beauty, declared a Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO. An exclusive way of living only 11 minutes from the airport.

Next local shopping center "Atlantico" with a supermarket, shops, restaurantes and next beach are 20 min. walk down the hill. Shopping center is open 7 days a week. Dean and Inger, the housekeepers lives next door and are available whenever you need them for questions, problems etc.

The resort of Caleta de Fuste is a town in the municipality of Antigua, on the east coasft middle of Fuerteventura. It was built around a natural bay, which is protected by location and is perfect for beach activities. There are a large number of restaurants, serving international cuisine; a range of bars, and a selection of shops and small supermarkets. Caleta de Fuste is known to be ideal for families and for people looking for a quiet and relaxed holiday; and is an all year round holiday destination.
