Great stay in Montreal! Nicolas' place was in a great location in little Italy where there were many restaurants and eateries close by to roam and try. Super convenient to Jean Talon metro and close to the bus as well. Nicolas was attentive and checked in on us to make sure we were okay with our stay. Will definitely be back in Montreal.

Nicolas' apartment was awesome! It was even better than the pictures. The sunlight in the kitchen and on the back deck in the morning was beautiful. Nicolas communicated well to coordinate our arrival time, key drop off, and just generally made sure we had everything we needed. Great location and overall delightful spot!

Nicolas was friendly and helpful from when I booked until the end of my stay - he checked in with me via email periodically and made sure I had everything I needed. It was easy to get into the apartment, which is charming and has everything one could wish for, including a sweet little balcony out back overlooking a treed courtyard. The espresso machine makes a fabulous cup of coffee! I loved the elegant white curtains that screen off the bedroom and the cool art on the walls. Hardwood floors, wood plank bookshelves, a fridge with blackboard coating and lava lamp combined with everything else to make this place somewhere I would happily live. Plus Little Italy was fun and friendly - try the amazing tacos at Fortune, the aperol spritz at Gema, and the sidewalk café pizzas at Bottega.

This was our first time in Montreal and we knew very little about the layout of the city, so, it was a pleasant surprise to find that the apartment was conveniently located and made for easy access to the rest of the city. Nicolas provided some very helpful tips about the neighborhood before we arrived, which made for some fun and interesting meals in the neighborhood. Also, despite the fact we were unable to meet in person for the key exchange, Nicolas coordinated and communicated with us and made sure we had a smooth transition into the apartment. The neighborhood was great and the listing is as nice and comfortable as the pictures suggest! There were several Bixi/ bike share locations not more than a few blocks away from the apartment-- which was an added bonus!

Wonderful stay with this airbnb listing! Nicolas was there to meet us when we arrived to give us a tour and give us the keys. He sent a document beforehand with info on the apartment, the surrounding neighborhood, and recommendations for eating and drinking. Little Italy is a really fun neighborhood with great people watching, and a quick Bixi ride from Mile End, Mont-Royal, and other fun sites. Would definitely stay here again!

Nicolas did a great job communicating, and the place was just as cute as it looks. We loved the neighborhood so much - easy to bike everywhere, and great local restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay again.

Nicolas was an excellent host leading up to our stay. He was away at the time but managed to arrange everything before hand and had a couple friends on hand to assist us during our stay. We were also sent a list of recommendations for places to go eat/drink, more info about his place and the area. Loved his apartment. It was simple, clean and had everything my girlfriend and I needed. True to the listing. We really enjoyed the neighbourhood as well. It was nice to be a bit out of the city and there were nice restaurants and bars in the area. There is the Jean-Talon market within 5 mins. walk, so it was easy to grab things to have at the apartment. Will definitely go back to Little Italy even if I don't stay there next time.
