The rooms we had did not correspond at all with what we expected. Comparing to what we had, the description of the BnB is just a complete lie. Our rooms were on the lower ground floor, damp and above all very noisy, because of the streets around and the bad soundproofing. For…
Response from Rosalia:
We are very sorry that Mr Gauthier and his friends are not satisfied. The only rooms we have are those in the photos, so it is impossible that the description is a lie. Our rooms are sometimes a bit noisy because the B&B is in the very centre of the city. When Mr Gauthier and his friends asked to change room, we arranged it promptly and willingly. Concerning the breakfast, of course, it was included in the price, but we serve it only until 10:30 a.m.; anyway we have been so kind that at about 10 a.m. sent the maid in their room with espresso and croissant. The patio is used, by the way, only for breakfast. Mrs Rosalia, the owner, welcomed her guests kindly and hearty; unfortunately she does not speak English. When our guests arrived she just asked if they had already paid or not, because they did not show immediately the booking confirmation. Moreover I think it is not kind of Mr Gauthier to define her “greasy”. We hope, is clear now that our service is good, our rooms comfortable and our staff polite and helpful, but sometimes misunderstandings happen.
