Charming and private Queen bedroom in a beautiful, fully-detached Edwardian home with private fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Non-smoking, pet-free.
Located close to the Dufferin Subway station (5 minute walk) in downtown Toronto on a quiet street in trendy Bloordale. (We offer fair rates as well as weekly and monthly discounts so the price listed is non-negotiable.)
This bright, quiet room has a brand new Queen Bed with fresh, new linens and pillows. It has new screened windows with shaded blinds, central heating / AC as well as a new Mitsubishi AC / Heating unit exclusive to the 3rd floor. There is a private lock on the bedroom door. The closet has storage for clothing and suitcases. The new bathroom with beautiful walk in shower is adjacent to the bedroom and is shared with the other Air BnB room if it's booked. There is a mini fridge/freezer in the room and a microwave and Keurig coffeemaker with complimentary coffee in the hallway.
You will have a key to the front door and to your private room. The bedroom is equipped with a mini-fridge, microwave and Keurig coffeemaker for your convenience, however, use of the main floor kitchen is also permitted.
Interaction with guests
Richard has an office in the basement and is available to answer any questions you may have. We have lived in Toronto for over 25 years and know the city well.
Other things to note
We have two children aged 6 and 11.
Please enter quietly after 11pm. Respect our neighbours as you would your own. Feel free to use the kitchen but please clear up your dishes (dishwasher) after use. Otherwise, please enjoy your stay!

We are a family of artists. Richard is a musician and composer. Tamara is an actress and director. Our children are 11 and 6 and love to sing and dance! We were all raised in Ontario, Canada but lived in the USA in both New York City and Los Angeles. We enjoy travelling, skiing, hiking, canoeing, cottaging, reading, and generally having fun when we're not at home working.
