Our homestead is a spacious get away form the city, a place to relax, and unplug. Hike up to Starvation Lake or head to the Fish Hatchery and hike up to Brohm Lake. Relaxation can be had on our deck riverside as well. We are located in the unique Paradise Valley, twenty minutes from Squamish.
For your dining pleasure, we offer meals featuring house-made granola and savoury dishes with eggs from our special breed chickens on the property. Please ask for a menu to explore our delicious options.

The space
Our spacious retreat offers privacy and comfort with a separate entrance from our expansive deck. The 1000+ sq ft area features maple floors and numerous windows, designed to bathe the space in natural light.

The large bedroom, with a queen-size sleigh bed adorned with 100% cotton bedding, promises a restful night's sleep. Unwind by the wood-burning fireplace or step through the French doors into the entertainment room, complete with DVDs, card games, and more.

The bedroom also opens to a generously-sized bathroom, equipped with a separate rain shower and a soaker jacuzzi bathtub for your relaxation.

We are just steps away from the river, where nature comes alive, especially at this time of year. Witness the mesmerising salmon spawning, spot our famous bald eagles patiently waiting for their catch, and observe turkey vultures and a variety of other birds throughout the seasons. Feel free to relax by the river and immerse yourself in the serenity of forest in this special place.
Our property features a spacious shared deck that you're welcome to use. In good weather, you can enjoy breakfast and dinner outdoors at the large dining table. There's also a charming fish pond to add to the ambiance.

Other things to note
PERSONAL CHEF SERVICES
We provide tea and coffee, and there's a small fridge in the suite for your convenience. Breakfast and dinner can be arranged in advance at $25.00 per person for breakfast and $45.00 per person for dinner, with cash payment required. I have had many guests take advantage of this service and they have loved my cooking, just check out the reviews!

During the summer months, you're welcome to use our outdoor kitchen, which includes a Weber BBQ for your cooking needs. While there is no kitchen sink available, I provide bus bins and will happily clean the dishes for you.

Please note we have WiFi, which is turned off at night between 10 PM and 7 AM on weeknights.
Please let me know if you need more access to the internet and we will accommodate.
