This was a sunny, open, well-appointed space. The rooms are fun and quirky in their arrangement, bathrooms all seemed newly renovated and very clean, and we never felt cramped or bored although there were 16 people there from age 9 to age 75! A great place to bond with the family. Highlights were: the pool table and hot tub; the pianos and overall music vibe (we have 2 musicians in the family); huge meals prepared in the well-appointed, easy-to-use kitchen and bbq and eaten at a long stretch of table that accommodated all of us. It was a quick drive to Harrison hot springs for water sports and canoeing on Harrison River were also great. Harold and Fe were very relaxed and showed just the right level of attentiveness.

Harold and Fei made us feel extremely welcome. Their place was very large - even larger than the pictures made it seem. It is a bit rustic but also very comfortable.

Awesome place to rent for a big party of people. Rented out the whole house and both the cabins. Fit my group comfortably, and very spacious for everyone. Hosts were both very awesome and welcoming. Had a giant bonfire on the first night and it was great. Host gave us firewood, & items to burn. There is a speaker with aux cord for you to play your music from your iPod in the kitchen area. Large kitchen space for cooking & two bbqs for making food. Would recommend and definitely come back.

Had really great time! Harold was a great host! It's not a 5 star restaurant but it feels like a home within nature. The kitchen was the highlight of the place, all the appliances are restaurant grade quality, it feels like you are cooking in a restaurant and the food came out excellent. We bbq the second night on a charcoal grill and the bbq wings tasted excellent as well. This is great place to hold a big event, the system pounded the whole house. Our karaoke machine was hooked up into the hifi so it sounded great because of the acoustics. The open concept living room is heated with a wood fireplace, I love the smell of it. Harold came in the morning to check in on things like the light, fire wood and such and never really bother us through the day, he made us really feel at home. The hot-tube is a great addition to the whole place, a good place to relax and wined down. I would recommend staying here to anyone and I would not hesitate to come back! Ps. Thank you Harold for the fresh free range eggs from your chickens outside!

I rented the whole farm house for a bachelor party weekend for 14 people. We did not want the typical Vegas or Whistler bachelor party. We wanted to eat good food, drink good beer and play music. It was the perfect space for what we wanted. It had tons of room to cook then enjoy large meals together. The beds were comfy and clean. It was great to be able to take advantage of the performance space to jam and tell stories. Harold was very helpful and friendly. On the second night he made a giant bonfire in their fire pit for us to enjoy. The valley made for a beautiful setting and you can see a ton of stars at night. I would highly recommend this place for large groups that want a get away in a peaceful place.
