Your own room in a home, plus access to shared spaces.
Come and stay with us in our two story "dream home" located in the quiet residential village of Guildwood on top of the Scarborough Bluffs! We are within easy walking distance of the historic Guildwood Inn Estates wedding venue and the Bickford Bistro. Stroll in the Park and Sculpture Gardens and enjoy live theatre performances at the Greek Theatre behind the Guild Inn during the summer!
The "Pink Room" features a queen size bed, sitting and dining areas, private fridge, all amenities.

The space
Space in our driveway to park your vehicle is free..... Upstairs, there's a library/ TV room with free Netfliks for guests' shared use.
Your room is large enough to accommodate a small family.
There is a main floor powder room /washroom available for guests use also if the upstairs washroom is busy. If you wish to cook your own food, you may use the kitchen facilities on the main level. The laundry room washer, dryer, ironing board and iron are also available free for your use.
There are many tourist/travel brochures available on the front hall console for your information in planning your stay in Toronto.

Guest access
Areas available for guest use are: Driveway parking, front hall entrance, stairs, upstairs library and TV room, second floor bathroom, private bedroom(s), main floor kitchen, washroom and laundry room, back deck with BBQ, picnic table and back gardens.

During your stay
Myself or my husband are usually at home during the day...we like to share mornings or evenings with guests if they wish to come downstairs to living, dining room or kitchen.

Neighbourhood highlights

Quiet village atmosphere with lots of trees on the north Shore of Lake Ontario Bluffs. Easy bus access to banks, shopping plaza, restaurants, churches, parks and movie theatres. Historic Guild Inn just a short walk along Guildwood Parkway to the west of our house. Beautiful sculpture gardens and open air Greek theatre.
Opening this spring/summer 2017 is the newly renovated Guild Inn with lovely forested gardens and a restaurant/convention center and the renewal of the "Guild of the Arts" with historic stone sculpture gardens. Copies of the newsletter for the Guildwood Village Community Association are available at our house to give you details of all our upcoming community events!
