Relax with the whole family at this inviting lakefront Viceroy style cottage. Incredible views from every room, this charming space is loaded with modern luxurious touches. Gently sloping lawn leads to waterfront w a sandy beach, large dock and campfire pit, nice mix of sun & shade throughout the day. Crystal clear Loon Lake has access to Grass Lake for all your boating, swimming & paddling pleasure! Winter rentals are available upon request for snowmobile & ice fishing. Trails are close by.

The space
The main cottage is a viceroy style. The main level has 3 spacious bedrooms and a full bathroom with walk-in shower, An open concept kitchen with island breakfast bar, dining room , and living room with wood fireplace, incredible lake views. In the separate guest house just steps from the main cottage you will find another bedroom with vaulted ceiling, a full bathroom with shower and heated floors, a private entrance and deck with lake views.

Neighbourhood highlights

Nestled amongst tower trees, in a quaint lakeside cottage community, just outside of the town of Kearney. This "Biggest Little Town" is known around the world for the ‘Kearney Dog Sled Races’ in February. The town is also a convenient jumping-off point for visitors to Algonquin Park, with three easy access points via nearby Rain Lake, Tim Lake, and the Magnetawan River system.

The surrounding townships of Proudfoot and Bethune, are home to more than 20 lakes, inhabited by every kind of fish from a variety of trout and bass to whitefish and pickerel.

If swimming, boating or canoeing is more your style, there are a wealth of sandy beaches, white water rapids or placid lakes

There is Winter fun with dogsled races, ice fishing, and cross country skiing. With access to the Park to Park Trail system, snow mobile enthusiasts have a wide variety of trails in the Almaguin Highland
