Relax in this resort style gated community with wifi, full kitchen and balcony directly overlooking Lake Travis and the surrounding hill country. You will have access to the Lake from our property to swim and fish. On-site restaurant is open during weekends.
Close by hiking and Wineries makes this a great location to relax and unwind.
TV is internet enabled so you will have access to Netflix.

The space
Beautiful lakefront villa overlooking Lake Travis and the surrounding hill country. Relax in this resort style gated community and enjoy the two landscaped outdoor pools and hot tubs. We also have a indoor heated pool, hot tub and dry sauna which makes this place a perfect winter get away too. There is a well equipped gym and tennis courts on the property for the guest to use. Onsite laundry facility for guest to use. We have a flat screen TV, Ninentdo Wii with plenty of games, as well as access to Netflix, Pandora and other internet apps. The Kitchen is well equipped with pots and pans, coffee maker, microwave, and toaster. The living room has a sofa bed that opens to be a queen size bed. Bedroom had a queen size bed and gorgeous views of lake and hill country. Enjoy the sun set in the evenings from out balcony while watching boats cruising around, its magical! The limit for number of guests is 4. If you would need more room please see our adjoining property, Villa 1, which is right next door and can sleep an additional 4 people for a total of 8 guests.

Hi, we are Dan and Renuka. We have a daughter and two dogs - all three spoiled rotten. After living many places we now call Austin our home - and we love it, including our homes in Lago Vista. I'm sure, like you, when we travel we look for a good value in the best locations and accommodations.

We are a bit new to airbnb, but our family friend Jaya is our property manager and an airbnb host herself. She is very friendly and always ready to help and very passionate about hosting. She has a great decoration sense and never compromise about cleanliness.
