The space
The cottage is all yours, there are no shared spaces in or around the immediate area of the cottage.
Maximum number of guests allowed (sceptic system and government occupancy permit). all guests MUST be registered failing to do so may result in your reservation being canceled.
Please note, all guests MUST be registered. The pricing is based on the number of guests using the cottage, if you make changes to the reservation you may have additional fees for extra guests.

Guest access
The whole cottage is for your exclusive use. The shared (with keyed access for the users of the project) tennis courts (sign up board), pool (lifeguard on duty) and children's playground is around 30 meters from the cottage. The beach is about 1.2 KM and has parking and keys access for the users of the project. Garbage bins are located at the entrance to the project. We have priced the cottage based on the number of guests, the legal limit for this cottage is 8 people, if you are more than 8 people staying at the cottage your reservation will be canceled without refund.
The base price is for 4 people (each adult and child are counted as 1 guest) each additional guest above the initial 4 is an additional fee per night per guest. We have done this to attract smaller groups and ensure that the cleaning work is in line with the number of guests.

No fireplace usage during the spring, summer and fall. Tennis courts and lifeguarded pool (late June to late August). Beach access with free kayaks and mandatory lifejackets.
