We are pleased to accomodate you to our 2-bedroom condo unit. As we lived here for several years, we are accustomed to the neighborhood. Our home is in the city center called Sukhumvit.
There are lots of restaurants worth visited nearby. It is also close to many department stores and supermarkets. You can walk to the Em District, K-village, and Big C in the walkable distance.

The space
We provide Hi-speed Wifi and Smart TV. There is a kitchen with built-in electric stove and hoot. The unit has a balcony with a city view and two bedrooms. One bathroom has a bath tub and the other does not. Both have hot and cold water. This place is a private resident so please keep your noise low. Every guest has to be registered to be able to enter the elevators. Therefore, we do not allow outsiders to be regularly stay in the room .

We can accommodate up to 3 people. There is a child playroom on the 41st floor.
Before using any co-facility: swimming pool, sauna, multi-purpose room and gym require name registration and booking at the counter in front of the sky lobby.

Guest access
There are swimming pool, suana and the sky lobby on the 41st floor; Laundry and gym on the 42nd floor.
You can also use the multi-purpose room for karaoke but it cannot be reserved.
Vending machines for beverages are at the ground lobby. We have the famous Tao Bin machine also! This is highly recommended for its low cost and great taste upon your convenience.

Other things to note
Tenants are required to present the valid passport or ID.

The electricity bill is covered at the maximum of THB 3,500 only. The excess will be charged additionally. So please help us save the power.

We are willing to supply you any amenity if possible. Please inform us upon you booking so we can prepare for you. Frankly we hope you will have a cozy living place for your memorable time here.

For the distance of the building to the nearest station tion is approximately 800m. To the bts and 900 m. To the mrt ,but the building provides free shuttle van service to and from the bts in the peak hours and 10baht for the normal hours . Also motorcycle taxi is abundant, will charge around 15baht from the bts.
