Enjoy easy access to everything in Phinney Ridge, Greenwood, and Green Lake from this perfectly located home base. There's a fantastic variety of local shops and restaurants, Green Lake is 5 minutes down the hill, and the neighborhood is easygoing and friendly, with beautiful mountain views.

This is a basement studio apartment located below the main floor of a cute and simple 1920's Craftsman home.

The space
This is a daylight basement with its own pathway to a lighted entrance at the front of our home. There's a small kitchen for meals (including tiny stove + oven), a queen-sized bed, shower, and living + dining space.

Please note: This is a basement apartment in a home from 1920 - you'll hear some creaking and footsteps from above. :) However, normal levels of sound from speaking, music, and living life do not travel through the walls. We try to stop any noise, and walking above at 10 PM.

Guest access
The basement studio is all yours, it is separated from the main home. You'll access the apartment via pathway and down a couple of steps, with a keypad code.

Parking is free on the street, and often available right in front or nearby.

Other things to note
As this is a basement apartment under our home, it will not be completely free of noise from the upstairs. You may hear light walking or water from pipes, so if you are sensitive to noise, consider another option.

The ceilings are also lower than normal, at around 6'6".

Neighbourhood highlights

Phinney Ridge is a lovely neighborhood with adorable homes and fantastic views of both mountain ranges. You get an incredible sunrise over the Cascades and an amazing sunset over the Olympics. Tons of great restaurants and bars too. Easy access to bus lines and bike routes, with free parking.

Green Lake is right down the hill - an easy stroll or nice locale for a workout, especially for runners.
