The space
The guest apartment has a private entrance next to your parking spot in the driveway. There is a private fenced yard with a patio and grill for you to enjoy that leads into the entrance. There is a living room and kitchen area that leads into an en-suite bedroom with a new king sized bed. The attached bathroom is equipped with a washer and dryer and a shower. There is a sunroom off the kitchen with books, beach chairs and blankets, and an extra space to sit and enjoy your morning coffee with garden views. The sunroom separates the primary house from the guest apartment and there are no shared living space walls and you will have complete privacy. There are smart TVs in the living room and the bedroom with expanded cable and streaming.

The apartment is perfectly situated between many West Falmouth attractions. It 1.2 miles from Chapoquoit Beach and 1.5 miles from Old Silver Beach. It is about .25 miles to the beloved West Falmouth Market and Eulinda’s Ice Cream, and the Shining Sea Bike Path.

Other things to note
We are so happy to set up a pack and play and high chair before your stay upon your request if you are traveling with a baby. There is no bath tub in the apartment, but the kitchen sink is a large basin sink and we also provide a fisher price infant-3yr old tub.

The apartment is pet friendly and we would love to know what kind of pets to expect as we like to leave treats. We do not charge pet fees and the stay is the flat rate that appears on the calendar, but please inform us if you bring a pet so we can plan for extra cleaning.
