This cozy pool house is located in my backyard. It has a king size bed located in an open space area which serves as living room and kitchenette. Private bathroom and shower. The kitchen only has a small sink, coffee maker and a 5 in one cooker. The unit will have its own outdoor propane grill for cooking as well. Access to the shared pool area.

Reservations splitting the weekend (i.e. booking only Friday or only Saturday night) may be subject to additional fee, which will be calculated upon booking. All major holidays have a 2 night minimum or a holiday spilt weekend fee.

Other things to note
No dangerous animals to include any dog from the bull family or any animal that displays aggression. All animals must be kept on a leash and supervised at all times. Pet fee is $75 for the first pet, $50 for each additional pet.

Parking: Your first vehicle is free. Each additional space is $15 per night.

Spilt weekend fee could apply to Friday and Saturday nights or any major holidays
