A large and comfortable double bedroom in an early 1900s country villa. Bathroom with shower and equipped kitchen. Well connected to Milan, Lake Como and the Prealps. The space
The villa, from the 1930s, located on the top of a hill, retains the characteristics of the period with large arched windows and a terrace with stone columns. The garden, available to guests, is on two levels: shaded by lime trees, firs, beech trees and cedars of Lebanon, it gently slopes down to a lawn area below with a barbecue corner and a wooden house. The double bedroom, in which you can place an extra bed or a crib on request, is spacious and comfortable, and has a bathroom with shower, recently renovated. Bed sheets and towels are provided. The apartment is on the ground floor and is accessible from the main entrance overlooking the terrace. The apartment is completed by a large bright and equipped kitchen and a living room with a fireplace where guests can consult tourist guides, maps, and informational material on all the activities that can be practiced in the area. On the floor below, there is an apartment connected to the one where guests reside. The villa is the ideal base for those who want to visit Lake Como, Bellagio, but also Milan, easily reachable also by train from the nearby city of Erba, or for those who want to hike on the many trails of the Lombard pre-Alps or cycle tourism between the small lakes of Pusiano, Segrino, Annone and Alserio.
