Nina had a beautiful house. She welcomed us with open arms and was very delighted to share her home . With such short notice, she was still able to get all of the necessary house keeping tasks done and was great keeping in touch making sure I was aware of every thing as a first time airbnb user.

Nice, clean home with plenty of space to spread out with a group of people. Everything we needed was in the house. The decor was very nice. We had a great stay!

Nina was such a gracious host and the house was in a really pretty neighborhood with a great location with a good layout for our joint family getaway. We were able to comfortably fit three families with young kids for the stay and have adult time without interruption at night with the space. Nina is also great at communicating ahead of time like the fact we would need a baby gate for her stairs just in case which we did use. Definitely would recommend.

This is an amazing place to stay for any family. My family came from out of town for a graduation. Nina was extremely flexible and accommodating in terms of our check in and check out times. She is extremely organized and responsive. Nina is also very kind and genuine, even leaving me a personalized sign and gift card to congratulate me on the graduation. The house itself is amazing. It slept 10 of us comfortably. We had plenty of space and we were able to grill outside and cook in a wonderful, spacious kitchen. Nina and her lovely home were truly instrumental in making our stay such a special weekend with family. Moreover, the location is perfect. It is in a quiet, secluded, green suburban area with quick access to Philadelphia. I would highly recommend staying here to any group. Best Airbnb experience that I have ever had! Nina was a great host and was very thorough and helpful. The house is large and fit 10 guests comfortably. The outdoor space, upper deck and backyard, are a great added bonus. Very easy to get into Philadelphia and also convenient to many New Jersey locations.

Nina is a great host. She spent time walking me through the entire house and offering suggestions on where to eat. Her place is nicely tucked away, but yet close to many shops, restaurants, and easy to get to Philly.
