Hi Jorge, I am so sorry to see this review. I don't understand this review because when you booked your extra night. I did give it to you the same nightly rate as per your original night stay. When you request an extension, you always have the ability to see, discuss before approving the price. I called to explain, that our pricing is dynamic and computer generated. Yes, when you try to book an extra night, it came out to be $80 more than what you were paying originally, so I lowered it to accommodate you. So I am shocked to see this. BTW nightly rate can also changed depending on amount of guests staying. We do have extra person fees. If sometimes you see a nightly rate but then go to book it, and the price increase, it can be because of cleaning fees, tax and extra person fee. So even though you see or were quoted a price. You have to take into consideration of these fees. Maybe the misunderstanding was when you extended, these fees were not included. So we had to include them for you. But then lowered the price to accommodate your original pricing. But booking a 3 bedroom, 1 loft, 2 bath unit for $80 is not possible. We will never agree to that.
The carpets were just cleaned and I have asked the cleaners to keep the windows open to dry it. I am sorry if there were a damp smell.
