We are glad that you found our place, clean, convenient, and comfortable. We are puzzled by your value feedback, since you’re getting a two bedroom full apartment in close proximity to downtown where a simple single room hotel will cost upwards of $250 per night and not include parking. So, we’re disappointed with your feedback, but perhaps you being unfamiliar with our area and the extreme value we offer for the area and the space we have explains the comment. We wish you would’ve reached out about the towels, we are always happy to help in any way and even reached out to you during your stay and you didn’t respond with your concerns. We apologize for not having the grill in the picture, as I explained to you, we recently had a safety issue with another guest because they put the wrong thing in the grill and it posed a fire hazard. We had to remove it for your safety and they safety of our other guests. We do apologize that we didn’t correct the listing. Anyway, we take great pride in what we offer and it hurts when there’s criticism and low stars when we were willing and asked for you to give us the chance to help and make your stay positive. It’s just unfortunate that we weren’t given the chance to help you out.
