The space
Comfortable furnishings and warm decor offers a cozy feel in this single story home (one small step from the garage to the inside). Updated modern master bathroom, new Fanimation/Minka ceiling fans added to all areas, central air/heating, private 2 car-garage+driveway parking at the back of the house are just a few conveniences for your stay. The home is comfortable for 4-5 people; if there is a group of six people, please feel free to connect first.
12 FT High ceiling in the living room w/a 55" LED Smart Samsung TV (Netflix in living room TV; sorry *cable tv not available*) + Fanimation Blitz fan. Enjoy the recliners while watching your favorite show.
The spacious master bedroom has a king bed, a 55" Vizio LED Smart TV, a leather recliner chair, and a writing desk. The adjoining master bathroom has a clean minimalist style with walk-in shower with great water pressure from dual matte black shower head/wand combo, frameless shower glass, modern bathtub, and double vanity along with Levolor shade providing privacy while allowing ample natural light.
Queen bedrooms have Beautyrest mattresses and lighted ceiling fan. Next to the rooms is an updated hallway bathroom incl. dual vanity sinks and new bathroom SS fixtures. Both secondary bedrooms have TVs with Amazon Fire TV (Tubi, Youtube, Pluto available+channels including Haystack Live News and other APPs - sorry *cable tv Not available*)
Upon entry is a large room that is being set up as Study-Guest bedroom. Costco height adjustable desk, Rakkestad wardrobe, Fyresdal daybed (that works as a free standing chaise or pullout to create a double bed).
Tower fan available to provide white noise for sleep if needed.
Kitchen is fully equipped with major appliances (Bosch stove top/quiet Bosch dishwasher/vent hood leads to outside), large single stainless sink, pots/pans/utensils/dishes, and K-cup coffee maker. New Minka ceiling fan also installed here; taggered subway tile backsplash offers a fresh clean look. Signature design by Ashley Kavara counter dining table set in mahogany finish in the dining area. Countertop 2-in-1 air fryer-oven, wave-action quiet smoothie blender, food grade blender, rice/slower cookers, electric kettle; Newly Added Sharp microwave with smart and easy sensor reheating 11 of the most popular microwave treats.
Sumsung front-loading washer/dryer are located right off the dining/kitchen area.

Garage has epoxy floor+ Driveway. Please kindly do not store items in the garage and in cabinets (parking purpose only) because we have stuff in these garage cabinets. The garage can fit one regular size sedan, and one medium size SUV. Please kindly park the vehicle at the garage or driveway when possible, kindly park at least 6 feet away from the mailbox.
Other things to note
*Although we have not advertised pet dog (on a case by case basis), please feel free to reach out with any questions if there is a need to bring your furry friend; it's $89 per pet dog (max of 2). SORRY NO cats because we're extremely allergic. *
Extensive Cleaning - if the house requires extensive cleaning that goes beyond normal wear and tear, and beyond standard cleaning practices (usually takes 2-3 days). This includes, but is not limited to: stained or damaged linens & carpets. The fee for excessive cleaning will be determined based on the circumstances required.
We are committed to maintaining a high standard for cleaning and disinfecting the premises for the well being of our guests as well as our own. We carefully follow the new Airbnb 5 Step protocol for enhanced cleaning.
Please be respectful of our neighbors. NO party/NO Smoking of any kind/NO events and NO inappropriate or illegal activities of any kind; please observe quiet hours (10 p.m. to 7 a.m.). Please be sure to securely tie the trash bag before discarding in the bin to avoid content leaking. We have camera(s), only at the exterior of the house.
**DUE TO A RECENT INCIDENT - Please note that no matter how small the food particles are when using the garbage disposal, when in excess amount, residents will be RESPONSIBLE for plumbing repairs/drain de-clog; so please use the kitchen strainer to discard food particles.**
*For long term stay guests, we will ask to sign a rental agreement; utilities capped up $350 per month; residents responsible for any additional on actuals. **We recommend that not to set the HVAC too low during summer nor too high in the winter, especially when no one is home for several hours. Please refer to the note and programing instructions.
Severe Weather Tip: Please turn on TV and download Weather or WFAA or any APP of your choice to get weather information & updates as they become available. WBAP Radio, 820 AM, is the designated Emergency Alert System (EAS) station for this area.
