It is a safe and pleasant neighborhood with lots of outdoor activities including summer free concerts on weekends. The public transportation is outside this building, BART is minutes away, and walkable to many local’s favorite restaurants and supermarkets.
Downtown Walnut Creek, St Mary’s College and UC Berkeley are nearby.
