Welcome to your perfect Northern California Coast beach vacation home. Located in the charming Pedro Point neighborhood walking distance to the beach in Pacifica CA this home is the perfect spot to recharge and relax, play at the beach, and explore San Francisco and Silicon Valley. Unobstructed ocean views from every room including the primary shower! Fully appointed kitchen with new appliances for your home cooked meals and walking distance to coffee shops, brewery and other great eats!

The space
Fully updated throughout. Primary Bedroom has King Size bed and large wall to wall ocean view through the sliding glass door with access to the wrap around deck. Primary bathroom is your own spa. Double shower heads, soaking tub and open wide view of the ocean from the shower! 2nd Bedroom has a Queen bed and full sliding door ocean view opening to wrap around deck. 3rd bedroom has full size bed and kids reading nook.
4th bedroom is a large high ceiling room with 2 queen beds, a twin trundle and an enSuite full bathroom. This room also has an ocean view through sliding doors opening to wrap around deck. Please note this room is separate from the house by the deck and has a separate entrance from the exterior. it can be accessed either by walking through any of the downstairs bedrooms walking across the deck to the sliding door entrance to this room or by going downstairs from the front door and entering the room from the exterior door. Great for teens or adults in one bed kids in the other, not the best for small kids to stay in on their own.

The living area boasts wall to wall ocean views and windows from the living and kitchen area. Designated work area, and high speed fiber internet throughout. Dining table for 10, kitchen is a bit dated but has new appliances. Walking distance to the beach and coffee shop, brewery, multiple restaurants and surf rentals!
