The space
This stunning 6-bedroom villa with a private beach is decorated in a classic Caribbean style and has been featured in American Elle, Town & Country, and House & Garden. The house was designed by American architect Hugh Newell Jacobsen, he won the Honor Award for this design, the nation’s highest award for excellence in architecture, by the American Institute of Architects. The design incorporates spacious interiors and elegant lines all the while staying faithful to his passion for ample spaces and natural light.

The house has a traditional five-bedroom layout and one separate bungalow for a total of 6 bedrooms in Casa de Campo’s pearl, steps away from Playa Minitas and the Casa de Campo World-Renowned Marina.

The villa is a destination in and of itself, with a welcoming swimming pool, lush gardens, and palm grove; this lovely property also enjoys a private beach and opportune unobstructed ocean views.
