About this listing
Palmas is the youngest State capital of Brazil. Its urban planning includes lots of green areas for leisure and large Ave.
The Apt is just couple minutes from the Palace of the Governor and its surrounded with lots of trees that attract many birds!!
Simple space, but very kind with all the necessary to make your staying comfortable! And the location is the best: only 5 min from the Palace of the Governor (the city's heart).
The most characteristic I like in the Apt is about the green area that surrounds it. The lots of trees attract birds, parrots and macaws just in front the windows or balcony! The landscape for the Mountains is another free sightseeing!
The building does not have leisure infrastructure, only a small playground. Despite its very good location, it is simple and does not have elevator, only stairs. Although, there are lots of options of public transportation due to its location.
Interaction with guests
As I have travelled a lot to many places in Brazil and around the world, I definitely know how we feel when we are strangers in a different culture/country. So, I'll be always prompt to give you assistance for whatever you need in Palmas. Also, if you need a transfer from the airport or bus station, just let us know and check our offers!
The building has few apartments, although it is a very familiar environment which means that noise or any type of inadequate behaviour that might disturb neighbors will not be allowed.
In addition, people that is not a guest will not be accepted into the house without prior permission.
Cancel up to 5 days before your trip and get a full refund. Cancel within 5 days of your trip and the first night is non-refundable, but 50% of the cost for the remaining nights will be refunded.
If travelling were my job, I would be the happiest guy in the world. There is no school to teach as much as the baggage you have when you travel worldwide. Meet people, know histories and stories, enjoy nice places, good talks... that's the life for me, hehehe
I love academic environment as well. That's why I work for the university.
