Welcome to Gallery & Garden Villas Unit B

We have five attractions in our Villa

(1) SPACIOUS 3-bedroom house over 250 SQM floor space with spacious front yard and back yard

(2) HOMEY and PEACEFUL. The concept of Unit B is FLOWER and BIRDS. You will find many oil paintings and Japanese Wood prints, Antique Plates and Figures on this concept.

(3) The house has a beautiful garden where you can enjoy OUTDOOR DINING

(4) QUALITY service with AFFORDABLE price.

(5) FAST WIFI for entire Villa

The space
We have a built-in garage for two cars.
On the first floor, we have a reception area next to the garage, where you will find reproduction of Picasso paintings and show cases.

The Kitchen is a whole size with big stove and oven, kettle, rice cooker, a selection of pots and cast-iron pan, set of plates and wine glasses.

A bar counter and a formal dining room with 8-seater table with 8 leather dining chairs.

In our living area, we have a smart TV

On the second floor, you'll find a Gallery where you will enjoy original size reproductions of Matisse and Redon.

Next to the Gallery, we have a master bedroom with own bathroom
and King size bed

Two bedrooms with queen size bed and a common bathroom.

Nearest pool is in a resort 1 minute drive

Other things to note
Gallery and Garden villa is located in Kalayaan SBMA.
About the safety of the place there's a security guards patrolling 24 hrs in the area.
We also have caretakers outside the house and can help.

There might be monkeys around carrying their babies. They are very cute but please don't feed the monkeys and approach them.

There are some stray cats, and they are very cool and may approach you
