**CONSTRUCTION IN THE BUILDING NEXT DOOR**

SIZE Flats are luxury apartments, ideal for families and groups, a few meters from the Torre dos Clérigos, located in the nightlife area, right in the heart of the beautiful city of Porto. Housed in a building completely restored and refurbished in 2019, with elevator, air conditioning and all amenities.

The space
SIZE Flats - Apartment 3.2 is an apartment with a maximum capacity for 4 people, with one bedroom with a king size double bed. The apartment has one complete bathroom with shower, one living / dining room with a double sofa bed and an equipped kitchen, including an oven and a dishwasher.
In the building there is also a shared laundry room with washing machine, as well as an iron and ironing board are at your disposal inside your apartment. Bed linen, towels and shampoo are included in the stay.
We can provide a bed, bath and baby chair if requested.
Air conditioning system that also provides heating of the apartment in winter.

There is an intimate connection with the academic tradition of the city in this area of the garden and the Praça dos Leões, and it is even possible to attend different rituals and concentrations of students in their typical costumes or visit the rectory of the University of Porto.
