In the French language Solaina means dignified, and Casa Solaina absolutely lives up to that name. Located in Puerto Vallarta’s upscale version of a Bel Air community known as Las Gaviotas, Casa Solaina will impress from the start to finish; the perfect blend of Mexican architecture with 4 cupulas, high ceilings, and a solid wood spiral staircase, the authentic charm is coupled with modern amenities one comes to expect from a fully updated Villa – all located right in the heart of the city.

The space
7 beds across 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms in a cozy character home with old vallarta charm that has been completely updated with modern amenities throughout. All coupled with the the best heated pool and hot tub combo in the neighorhood. My favourite house to stay in because it is a cozy and central hub to enjoy the whole city from.

There is a double size sofa bed in an upstairs foyer for use, as well as 2 queen size raised sofa beds that can be used by guests in addition to the other 7 beds in the home.

Where I went to school: Fully educated in Canada
Born and raised in Canada, but I fell in love with Puerto Vallarta when I came for the first time 27 years ago. Was looking for a great second home here and found Casa Solaina with cultural charm and modern amenities/finishes. Then I bought Casa Bellissima with 8 bedrooms in it. The homes are set up for people to enjoy the outside just as much as the inside. Big Pools and great areas to hang out with family and friends. I hope people will enjoy them as much as my family and friends do.
