Alexander, we are really shocked by reading your comment. You are the only one who had a bad experience in our space and we are sorry about it, but we think you should be more honest with yourself..
About the checking, your last message before the check in said «won't get in till late. » instead of you arrived at 2:00am in the middle of the night,.
We had any answer of the messages we send to you all day long and ou let us without any news all day long. It’s not correct to check in a place at 2am in the morning.
2 sets of keys were waiting for you, because we were in holidays at this period. Our supper always has one, but obviously he was sleeping at 2:00am.
Then by your own decision, you had been to the Sheraton, one of the most expensive hotel in Montreal, with 4 stars and « $$$$ » on the internet. You paid more than 500$ just for 1 night. It’s more than the half of the price for your entire stay at our place… Airbnb, like us, did not understand your luxury choice. It’s not really honest or respectful to make this choice, but we are sure you had conscience of that.
We called Airbnb and they said that it’s all your fault, and we do not have to pay for you hostel bill, you had should call them before, they have solutions for this kind of issue. Instead of we decided to pay 370$ for you luxurious night with parking and breakfast. You do not have any gratitude about that, it’s really disappointed…
Moreover we are really shocked about the rest of your comment, after the different messages you left us on private message « We had a great time in Montreal and at your home. Alexander and Amy ». Also you left a nice letter on our desk to thanks us too…
We are so disappointed about that kind of behaviour, you had shown bad faith and little bit hipocrisy... But fortunatly it's really rare on Airbnb.
