This newly remodeled ground floor apartment is tucked away on a quaint street, one block east of Belmar/Lake Como's Main Street with and a 4.5 block walk to the beach. It is outfitted with every necessity for a wonderful shore experience. ZERO TOLERANCE for excessive partying and noise!!
Welcome to our quaint Beach Bungalo! We are featuring a downstairs back house apartment has been just been remodeled. It has all new carpet, laminate flooring, and furniture as well as a completely remodeled bathroom and kitchen area. The inside space is petite, but very space efficient. There is no full size stove and oven, but there is a convection oven/toaster, microwave, and outdoor grill for other cooking needs.
The apartment has a full size refrigerator and all necessary cookware; plates/glasses, pots/pans and a keurig coffee maker (coffee included)are available. Towels (beach & NON-beach) and linens are provided and there is a washer and dryer in the space. Each window has new blinds for privacy and there will be an AC unit for warm weather. The living room area has an L shaped couch that pulls out to a full size bed which can sleep 1 or 2. There is a Smart TV as well as Wifi Internet. The bedroom has an armoire to hang clothing, under-bed draws for storage and full size mirror. We also provide two beach passes and beach chairs for the short walk to the beach. We look forward to having you stay with us!
NJTransit stop at Belmar is only a 15 minute walk or 5 minute taxi away.
The entire small apartment is yours, as there is also a quaint bistro set outside of the apartment where you can enjoy a morning coffee, have a drink at night or meal among the potted garden and bistro lights. There is also a hose on the right side of the house for rinsing after the beach.
Interaction with guests
Landlords live close to the property, and can assist with greeting guests, questions and any logistical needs to make sure your stay is comfortable. There are year round tenants on this property and we ask that you respect their property as it was your own.
We ask that you respect all persons on the property by keeping noise down while entering and leaving past the residence.
Other things to note
Parking is offstreet. Were closer to Main street, so the property is not affected by busy beach parking. There are usually parking spots on the same block. Enter the property on the left side of the front house and straight back to the back house downstairs apartment.
We are not renting to young partiers. This rental is positioned for responsible adults who are here to enjoy a relaxing vacation, and not a place to party all night.
Please keep all beach accessories; surfboards, beach chairs, used beach towel etc. outside.
The apartment is a lower apartment in a backhouse of a secure property.
Dishes to be cleaned before departure.
Please leave used towels on shower floor upon check out.
Please keep food securely contained.
The property is shared with year-round tenant, please respect your neighbor in the front house.
Outside noise must end at 10:00pm.
