Filled with natural light and nestled in a beautiful Art Nouveau house, in one of the most popular, green and romantic neighborhoods of the capital (Louise/Etangs d'Ixelles), this spacious accommodation will seduce you with its comfort and warm decoration. Ideally located, for business or private trips, alone or as a couple. Personalized welcome (by appointment) and 5-star hospitality. Please read my house rules before booking. Thank you!

The space
Unique and enchanting 80 m2 apartment, with an extra soul. Enjoy a beautiful travel experience in this haven of tranquility in one of the most upscale and popular neighborhoods in the city.

Beautiful volumes (high ceilings), huge bay windows overlooking the gardens; magnificent natural light (double exposure); a sober decoration (while being welcoming) in a camaieu of browns and beiges, for a peaceful and harmonious whole, punctuated by some vintage pieces by the Belgian designer J. Wabbes; soft and subdued lighting for a cozy and cozy atmosphere, are just some of its assets.

The house: built in 1898 by Ernest Blerot, contemporary of V. Horta. A beautiful wooden and wrought iron staircase leads to the apartment, located on the first floor (30 steps).

* The neighborhood: cradle of Art Nouveau, it offers an exceptional panorama of the most beautiful achievements of this era and is a must-see of all the Art Nouveau circuits offered in the capital (Horta Museum less than 2 km away). You can admire the most beautiful facades, some of which are UNESCO World Heritage sites. It is one of the most sought-after neighborhoods in the city: quiet and green (King's Garden, Bois and Abbey of La Cambre a stone's throw away), while being close to the bars and restaurants of Châtelain and Flagey, cinemas and shops of the Toison D'Or, as well as various contemporary art galleries.
The historic center (Grand-Place and surroundings, Sablon) being less than 15 minutes by transport, it is the ideal base for your business trips as well as for your private getaways, allowing you to travel around the city easily, on foot, by bike or tram, to discover its architectural treasures, museums and others.

Detailed composition of the apartment:

- The living room (south facing): bathed in light and sun thanks to the large bay windows. The view of the garden, the central water feature and the surrounding gardens is magnificent and encourages calm and relaxation. It consists of a 3-seater sofa, a 2-seater sofa and a solo element. Beautiful workspace with a large desk and a vintage solid wood dresser by Belgian designer J. Wabbes (see photos).

- The kitchen: American kitchen open to the large living room, equipped (ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher). A tray with condiments (salt, pepper, olive oil) is available for guests, as well as tea and coffee bags (individual doses), sugar, milk, towels and paper towels).
(English kettle, NO Nespresso or other pressure coffee machine)

- The bedroom (in the 'loggia', street side): a very comfortable Japanese double bed (quality "queen size" mattress 160 cm x 200 cm) and a double solid wood wardrobe (hangers provided). From the double-glazed Art Nouveau bow window, view of Avenue Louise and the King's Gardens. Bed linens are provided.

- Spacious bathroom with shower/bath.
Bath towels, shower gel and shampoo are available for guests, as well as a hairdryer.

The lighting is soft (various small mood lamps) - no white and direct lighting. The atmosphere is cozy in the evening, and the high ceilings give a great feeling of space and light.

Late check-out (after 12 p.m.) may be offered to guests on Sundays, if there is no arrival on that day.

Buccolic and picturesque, with its three sumptuous green spaces nearby - the Jardin du Roi, the Abbey of the Cambre and the Bois de la Cambre as well as the mythical "Etangs" - it will be sure to delight lovers of tranquility and nature. The sublime Art Nouveau mansions and the nearby Horta Museum will also charm lovers of architecture, Art Nouveau and Art Deco (Place Flagey).
