Close to a unique house in the countryside with several hundred years of history. There is a tiled stove that works, a beautiful old wood stove in the kitchen (which, however, does not work), there are log walls and wooden floors. There is also a beautiful Malmsjö piano.

In this lovely house with several bedrooms, there is plenty of room for the whole family or clean of two families. Proximity to several lakes and both forest and meadow right around the corner.

The space
On the ground floor, there is a large kitchen and a very large living room combined with a dining room. This room goes straight through the house. The ground floor and especially the kitchen have low ceilings because it dates back to the 18th century or possibly as far back as the 17th century.
On the ground floor, there is also a laundry room and a modern toilet with shower.

Upstairs, there are three bedrooms:
1) One with a double bed and several built-in wardrobes
2) One with two separate beds.
3) One with bunk bed
4) A larger room in the middle of the floor with two beds that can be put together or used separately.
The upper floor also has a toilet with shower.

Duvets and pillows are included for all 8 beds and some extra blankets are also provided. You will have to bring your own sheets and towels. It is absolutely forbidden to lie in the beds without using sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases.

A roll of toilet paper is available in each toilet when you arrive, but if you need more, you can either bring it or buy it in a store. Same thing with dish soap, soap, etc. A basic set is available upon arrival but free access is not included.

You have access to the entire house.
The garden with lawn on the front of the house (towards the country road) and the patio on the back are at your disposal.

The small house on the right has an old country shop from the 1800s and a farmhand's cottage. We'll be happy to show it to you if you ask, but it's otherwise private. No one lives here, but we ourselves use the house for storage and may also show it to temporary visitors.

Other things to note
Of course, you can have fun, play music, laugh and sing. But this must be done with the same respect for neighbors as in regular homes, i.e. go indoors or lower the volume towards night, especially on weekdays.

I live with my wife in a villa in Falkenberg. Adjacent to that villa we have a smaller apartment that we are currently renting out to long-term residents. In Kungsäter where I grew up, my brother and I own our childhood farm that both us and our parents have renovated over the years and kept in good condition. The old house in the yard we rent out.
