Sip your favorite drink as horses graze nearby, birds flit through the trees, and stars slowly scatter across the night sky.

Escape to a place where silence speaks, screens fade, and connection deepens — with yourself, with your companion, with nature.

Tucked away in the heart of Norfolk County, this tranquil horse farm is just minutes from charming wineries, scenic hiking trails, and sun-kissed beaches. Whether you're craving stillness or adventure, it’s all within reach.

The space
A place to slow down and truly connect.

Nestled on four peaceful acres, our farm offers cozy sitting areas where you can watch the horses graze and chickens play. Whether you're sipping coffee at sunrise or unwinding at dusk, nature is always putting on a show.

Curious about farm life? I’d love to share what I know. Feel free to wander over while I’m doing chores — ask about the chickens, the horses, or anything else that sparks your interest. This is a place where conversations come easy and learning happens naturally.
We invite you to unplug — literally. There’s no Wi-Fi here, and cell service is limited thanks to the beautiful canopy of trees overhead. It’s the perfect excuse to disconnect from screens and reconnect with what matters most.

Inside the studio, you’ll find two comfortable bedrooms, a pull-out sofa, a private bathroom, and a kitchenette. Please note: in a couple of spots, the ceiling dips below six feet due to ductwork — a small quirk in an otherwise welcoming space.

Come for the quiet. Stay for the connection.

Guest access
Wander, relax, and enjoy — with care.

Feel free to explore the property at your own pace. Our walking paths wind through peaceful scenery, and you’re welcome to settle in at the barn porch, viewing decks, or picnic tables — perfect spots to soak up the quiet and watch the horse's roam.

Horse time is heart time.

We love inviting guests into the quiet magic of being around horses. Watch them move, listen to their gentle rhythms, and feel free to ask questions — we’re always happy to share what makes them so special.

For everyone’s safety (and the horses’ comfort), we kindly ask that you enjoy their presence from outside the livestock areas. Paddocks and pens are reserved for supervised visits or workshops, where you can experience a deeper connection in a safe and guided way.

A quick note: one of the back fences is electric. Please avoid touching it — and if you're unsure which one it is, just ask. We're happy to help.

Additional Experiences to Nourish Body and Spirit
(available at an additional fee, subject to availability)

Your stay can be more than rest — it can be renewal. We invite you to explore:

• Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy — a gentle, restorative practice that helps your body release tension and find balance.

• Conscious Grooming Sessions — spend meaningful time with the horses, learning to connect through touch, presence, and care.

• Forest Walks with the Herd — wander among the trees alongside the horses, experiencing the calm and wisdom they bring to every step.

Each experience is designed to deepen your connection with nature, the animals, and yourself.

Other things to note
A few things to know before you arrive…

You’ll be greeted — vocally — by Scotch and Soda, our two loyal guardian dogs. Their job is to keep an eye on the property and alert me to any changes, so expect a few barks at first. Once they recognize you as part of the farm family, they’ll settle down and let the peace resume.

For families traveling with children, we offer a play center and a large sand pit — perfect for imaginative afternoons. Parents are welcome to relax at the nearby picnic tables while the little ones explore. We kindly ask that you tidy up after playtime and let me know if anything needs repair or attention.

Please note: while the zip line may catch your eye, it’s not available for guest use — thank you for understanding.

Step into farm life.
Many guests find joy in learning about and joining the daily rhythm of animal care. If you’re curious, just check in with Michelle for the day's working schedule — you’ll be warmly welcomed to participate. Whether it’s feeding time or simple chores, these moments offer a chance to connect more deeply with the animals and experience the heart of the farm firsthand.
