We are glad you enjoyed your time in Amsterdam and in our house, which is just family home we rent when we go on holidays ourselves,( so not a professional hotel or bed and breakfast). Dear Yariv, thank you for your feedback. I'm really very sorry about the cat, we didn't expect that as he grew up with children around. He really never did that before! mOst guests, specially the ones that like cats, always described him as 'lovely'. It is the first time ever this happens . As you saw, this is our own house, we are not professional bed& breakfast place. So my guess is that there were this time too many different people staying in the house and Sushi got stressed. We have never rented for so many days in a row. Usually he stays outside a lot, I have written this to all my guests... About the smaller bedroom and high sleeping bed ( that you call gallery), it is the first time we have ( small) children staying in the house and the first time 2 people want to sleep in the smaller bedroom... So the lesson is we should place a clear remark in our advertising text, that this bedroom only fits one person, who cannot be a child under 14. On other situations, we have had the father or mother in the 'gallery' and the children in the big double bed. The house is definitely big enough for 3 people...but on another configuration of sleeping accommodations than the one you wished. I'll set a note in my text about this. I hope you enjoyed Amsterdam, even if the house and cat were not exactly what you expected. Gr, Rose
