This newly renovated 1,050 sq. ft. 2 Bed/1 Bath House provides an artsy atmosphere with chic decor. Inside this home you’ll find a real difference: professional series appliances, designer select finishes and cleverly designed layouts. Tastefully furnished, free parking, and steps from shopping and great restaurants.

Highlights:
Kitchen - Newly Renovated w/ stainless steel appliances and granite counters. Includes dishwasher, coffee machine, and all the cookware needed to make a gourmet meal.

Backyard – 150 sq. ft backyard with lots of space to relax and soak up the sun.

Master Bedroom – King size, high-end Kingsdown mattress with Ralph Lauren linens.

Second Bedroom – Queen size, high-end Sealy mattress with Ralph Lauren linens.

Convertible Couch - the couch in the living room converts into a Queen Mattress and can sleep 2 people.

Queen Floor Mattress or Queen Air Bed – For guests who have a group of 6 individuals or more, a Queen Airbed or Queen Floor Mattress will be provided depending on what is available. It will be provided if requested. You must notify me of your need for an Airbed/Floor Mattress in advance.

Entertainment -- High Speed WIFI and 55" Smart TV.

Laundry: Washer and dryer are located inside the unit (detergent and fabric not included)

Parking: free street parking available.

*Complimentary coffee, tea, shampoo, body wash and conditioner are provided.

**For groups larger than 6 individuals, please make sure that you carefully read the above details and are ok with the sleeping arrangements. While the unit is 1,050 sq. ft., groups larger than 4 individuals might feel a bit cramped if they're planning on utilizing an air mattress/airbed in the living room in addition to the convertible couch. It's definitely doable and there is enough space for it, but please understand and acknowledge the sleeping arrangements prior to booking.

Guest access
Guest's have access to everything on their floor. You are booking the basement suite of a 2-level house. The second level of the house is occupied and is not part of your booking. You have 100% privacy on your floor and have your own private entrance.

Other things to note
Please ensure that you carefully read and understand the House Rules.

Corporate events/retreats are perfectly fine as long as I am advised upfront. All-out parties and binge-drinking types of events are NOT allowed. I live in a very quiet neighbourhood and would like to keep it that way.

If you need to check-in earlier than my listed check-in time or need to check-out later than my listed check-out time, please check with me before booking.
