Clean air, & safe

This area suffered bushfires in December & January followed by storms, recovery is astonishing, looking wonderful again.

Ideal for bush lovers, surfers, hikers, artists and a writers retreat, nearby beaches BUT please read the DETAILED DESCRIPTION and HOUSE RULES carefully and note this is the south east Australian bush, dirt roads, eco friendly and off grid.

It is NOT beach side or 5* accommodation, check in can be flexible BUT PLEASE check & advise your ETA on arrival day

The space
This is a secluded easy access on dirt roads property on Boyne Ridge with expansive sea views, the spectacular Budawang Ranges to the west. Great beaches, great surf, great walks, great characters, great local fresh produce and seafood, great inspiration.

The accommodation is in a tin shed, basic but comfortable with sun kissed laundered sheets and does not pretend to be anything else.

Guest access
Guests have private access to the dwelling in the shed, and free to roam on the property respecting the privacy of others.

It must be noted this is a bush property on an escarpment. There are dams, rugged drop offs, rough country and bush hazards for the unwary, not suitable for unsupervised toddlers and young children.

Other things to note
Solar powers all amenities and indoor equipment except cooking and shower/washing water which are heated by on demand bottled gas, all water is harvested from the roof and whilst it is a big tank, should be used wisely.

Please note it is a shed, gets dusty, leaves get blown around, rains on a tin roof, is not pristine but does not claim to be, stains on the clean concrete floor prove it

There is no rubbish collection, please take your rubbish with you and no food scraps left around and NO SMOKING

Termeil, New South Wales, Australia

This is in the Australian bush, typical south east country and temperate rain forest alongside, beautiful to most, challenging for others.

If you have a bit of an adventurous spirit, this can be a wonderful place, if you need 5+ star accommodation and coddling, a bit faint of heart and city precious, this is NOT the place to stay.

Fishing (estuary, river, rock and beach, charter boat), surfing, mountain bike riding, bush walks, horse riding, golf, restaurants and cafes, exquisite beaches are all within 1/2 an hour drive from the secluded site.
