Villa Qualia has four bedrooms, all with air conditioning. The two on the top floor each have their own bathroom; the two on the first floor share a third bathroom. The ground floor opens into a spacious air-conditioned living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen.

Outside, a heated saltwater pool, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with an 8-person dining area, TV, lounge furniture, dishwasher, and built-in fireplace grill. Two separate shaded lounge areas for the long afternoons.

The space
The villa comprises of 4 bedrooms (all with AC). On the second floor there are two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, while on the first floor there are two bedrooms and one bathroom. The ground floor consists of a large living room with a dining area and a kitchen. The property also includes a heated saltwater pool, an outdoor kitchen (fully equipped - including a dishwasher and a fireplace/grill), and two large separate shaded seating / lounge areas - perfect for relaxation.
