Separate entrance & privacy from the rest of the house & your own full bathroom, this furnished basement unit is a very cozy, warm, & bright space. Featuring a sitting area with a small kitchenette, bedroom, & bathroom.

House is located in Renfrew Heights which is geographically in the center of Greater Vancouver and you can literally be anywhere in about 20-30 minutes.
10 min walk to Broadway Tech Centre, & 5 min drive to Vancouver Film Studios.

•Kitchenette has kettle, coffee press, toaster, microwave, Nespresso, dishes, mini induction cooker, and utensils that you would find in any kitchen. Small mini bar style fridge with a freezer.
•Coffee (instant + Nespresso), tea, sugar.
•Queen size bed with all necessary bedding
•32” Television with Roku TV.
•Wireless high speed internet
•Shared laundry (washer and dryer)
•Towels
•Drawers, closet, hangers, mirrors, folding bar stool dining table with two stools.

Please note that we unfortunately cannot accept pets (even though we do love pets) because we have to keep the space allergen free for our guests.
The space is located in a very bright basement with 9 foot ceilings, so you won't feel like you're in a basement.
The suite is located under the kitchen of the main house, so you may hear movement upstairs, especially around mealtimes, but we are usually very quiet.
