This cozy room features an ensuite bathroom (bathroom is attached to the room and only accessible through the private room), queen bed and TV in a beautiful modern home just minutes from adventure! Located right next to Sand Hollow Reservoir and Golf course.

There is one additional guest room in the same hallway which may be booked separately. A bathroom in the hallway is reserved for this other guest room.

You'll share common areas with your hosts, their dogs, 'Rue' and 'Mini Moo' and cat 'Spork' (if he's feeling social).

In the main area there is a large sectional with USB charging throughout the couch. Large Smart TV, and open floor plan. The spacious kitchen has everything you need to cook with. With a laundry room off the kitchen.

Guest access
You have access to the main area, kitchen and washer and dryer.

During your stay
Brian and Randi live in the home and work remotely. You are bound to run into us in the shared areas of the home. Don't be shy! We'd love to get to know you! We have 2 large, non-shedding dogs and one shedding cat, lol! We shave him from time to time because Randi is allergic.

Other things to note
This room is most suited for singles and couples and not suitable for small children due to pets in the home, shared spaces and lack of child proofing. Please see our 'Casita' listing for a wonderful option for couples with infants.
