Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. This is a nice private basement. 20 minutes from Park City and Sundance!!! Heber looks like a holiday postcard or a hallmark movie!!! This place is located in a safe neighborhood only 6 blocks from main street, restaurants, and shops.

The space
You will have private access to the basement apartment using the front door.
We share the AC/Heater with 1st. floor, so I'm leaving some extra heaters in case you need them.
THE KITCHEN
Our Kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, oven/range, coffee maker, Keurig machine, blender, flatware, crock pot, and cookware.

THE LIVING ROOM
The living room is where you will find the sofa, throw blankets and a smart TV. with access to Roku, Neflix, Disney+, and more.

MAMA BEAR BEDROOM
Enjoy a comfortable queen bed. Extra blankets and pillows are in each room to keep you as comfortable as possible.

PAPA BEAR
Enjoy another queen size bed.

BABY BEAR
More like a teenager room with a microwave!

PARKING
You will be able to park 1 vehicle on the left size of the driveway. Please consider that there is no street parking available during November through May (winter or snowy season). You can park on the street without any problem throughout June-October. Please never park on the driveway.
HOME DETAILS
The home is located in a safe neighborhood in Heber City. The home has two levels with other guests living on the upper floor. This unit is the basement suite with its own private entrance, 3 bedrooms, one full bath and an open space with kitchen, dining room, and the living room.

Guest access
Guest can access our basement by going through the main door and then down the stairs. Guests can also book upstairs if additional space is needed for more people. Note: If you want additional space, please ask to make sure it's available and also note that it will be an extra cost.

Other things to note
We love our place, but our unit may not be the right choice for you if:
You don't want to go downstairs and upstairs each time that you enter or exit our basement unit.
You need covered garage parking for your vehicle
You don't want to hear the occasional sound from neighbors upstairs.
RULES & INFO
- No smoking: Smoking is not allowed in or around the home at any time.
- No pets: Pets are not allowed in or around the home at any time.
- No Parties: Parties, Events, or Large Gatherings are not permitted in or around the home at any time.
- There is a shared washer and dryer in the unit. You will need to ask for it to schedule a day and time to use it.
- There are 2 twin mattresses that can be setup in the living room if additional sleeping space is needed.
- Transit: There is no easy access to public transportation at this home. Plan on driving or using other paid transportation services to get to and from the home.
- Winter Conditions: Be aware that during the winter months slippery and icy conditions exist and there may also be roof snow and icicles. We are not liable from injury claim after a slip and fall on ice or snow in the driveway. PLEASE, BE CAREFUL!!!!
