The space
Wake up to the sounds of birds singing and waves gently lapping at this spacious Isle of Palms estate. In the serene backyard, hit a few balls on the putting green, plunge into the private pool, or relax in the bubbling hot tub. A salvaged walnut table is the perfect gathering spot for cocktails and card games. Multiple porches provide plenty of lounge options. Beach access is mere steps away.

Other things to note
The pool and hot tub can be heated for $850 per 100 gallons of gas and any gas not used will be refunded after departure. If the gas runs out while you are here, you will be given the option to have it refilled and then reimbursed what you don’t use. Please give us at least a weeks notice before you arrive. If for some reason the equipment breaks or the heat function fails and cannot be fixed, then the pool fee will be refunded at a pro-rated amount. If the pool is heating, but not to your liking, this does not constitute a refund. You also have the option to only heat the hot tub and that will be charged at $5.50/gallon of gas used after your stay.
