Enjoy a clean aesthetic with polished concrete floors and a touch of whimsical flair, plus a private enclosed garden featuring a relaxing hot tub. Conveniently located near transit routes and a popular bikeway, just 20 minutes from YVR airport. Walk to restaurants, shops, and services, with downtown Vancouver only 20 minutes by transit.

The space
Beautifully furnished character home in a family-friendly neighbourhood near East Broadway and the 10th Avenue bikeway.

This newly renovated suite offers polished heated concrete floors, a large-screen home theatre, a billiards table, and ample space.

The kitchenette includes a sink, microwave, full size fridge, high-top table for two, and a Keurig coffee maker. While there’s no oven or stovetop, a convection toaster oven is available upon request.

The bedroom, enclosed by sliding glass doors, features a Queen bed with a Marriott Serta mattress and a closet for storage.

The suite is well-lit by several windows equipped with privacy blinds, creating a bright and comfortable atmosphere.

Outside, enjoy access to the yard, hot tub, patios and Zen garden.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire private suite (bathroom included) with separate side gate / rear door entry. The garden, patios and hot tub are all communal spaces. While bikes are not allowed inside the suite, the backyard offers a secure space for locking them up.

Other things to note
The spacious open-concept suite has 6'7" (2m) ceilings, with two doorway beams at 5'11" (1.8m), which may challenge taller guests.

The 800 sq ft suite accommodates only 2 guests in one sleeping area.

It's a renovated but old home: some sounds may travel from the main house, like footsteps, creaky floors and the occasional meow.

The heated floors are polished concrete, not carpeted.

The kitchenette is suited for light meals only.

Radiant floor heating controlled by a Nest thermostat keeps the space warm. If the weather gets unusually cold, an additional space heater can be provided. Fans are provided (no AC), though summer heat may affect sensitive guests.

No smoking or vaping in the suite or near the hot tub, and no glass containers near the hot tub.

Our 'No Party' policy ensures quiet after 10pm out of respect for neighbours. The hot tub is not available after 10pm. Due to periodic and unforeseen maintenance, access to the hot tub cannot be guaranteed during your stay.

During busy summer months, early check-ins or late check-outs are typically unavailable to ensure thorough cleaning.

Although we've never seen this enforced, all streets in Vancouver with unsigned parking have a 3-hour parking rule between 8am and 6pm. Let us know if you have any questions or concerns about this.
