Unluckily, Alanna didn't read the direction, with a detailed plan on how to reach the apartment, which I sent her even twice: 11 days before her arrival, and once again on the day right before her arrival. I have to admit we had several communication problems. She wouldn't get in touch in spite of my several emails, she didn't call for help when she couldn't find the apartment although I gave her my mobile number on the same directions she hadn't read. When she eventually was here, I had to ask her several times for her passport details, which is a duty for owners here. In average everything was a bit more complicated than with other guests: she couldn't get the wifi password to work, she wouldn't understand what I meant with double-lock and looked for a second key, which of course wasn't there. I was very surprised, because I never had such non-comprehensions with my previous guests. Apart from this, the apartment was in a good state and I can say she has been a clean guest.
