The space
It’s an easy walk to the beach at this gorgeous oceanfront villa in the Isle of Palms. Just follow your private walkway down to the sand. Rather enjoy the view from home? Set yourself up in the pool, hot tub, or around the fire pit. When the sun begins to set, fire up the barbeque and grill up something from a local market. Then, dine alfresco as waves gently wash along the shore.

Other things to note
The pool and hot tub can be heated for $850 per 100 gallons of gas and any gas not used will be refunded after departure. If the gas runs out while you are here, you will be given the option to have it refilled and then reimbursed what you don’t use. Please give us at least a weeks notice before you arrive. If for some reason the equipment breaks or the heat function fails and cannot be fixed, then the pool fee will be refunded at a pro-rated amount. If the pool is heating, but not to your liking, this does not constitute a refund. You also have the option to only heat the hot tub and that will be charged at $5.50/gallon of gas used after your stay.
