Overall it was a pleasant stay. The location was convenient with all kinds of restaurants and grocery stores accessible. The furniture was great and the place was quiet for most of the time. I was also allowed to use the kitchen and to do laundry. However, the cleanness of the bathroom could be better. And the host and the roommates are not very sociable. During the 12 days of stay, I never got to meet Andrei officially. And I was informed the roommate doesn't like to talk to the Airbnb guests at all.

I had a great stay at Andrei's, who was friendly and communicative so that the whole time went smoothly. The private room was comfortable, clean, and located in a nice neighborhood. Would happily stay there again.

Its in a good location, its easy to get to where you need to get there, since the metro rail is 1/2 a mile away which can take you to downtown. The place is also in a good condition, I would definitely consider staying there again if I come back and it's available

Andrei is a good host. He and roommate are accommodating. I cooked a lot and it was clean in kitchen. They made me feel at home. The room is big and bathroom is private. Neighborhood is quite. It was a good experience. You have to do street parking though. It will be packed sometimes but you can always find a spot.

The host was nice and accommodating. The room is very nice. Neighborhood is nice. Bathroom could use a little more cleaning. I had a great stay. Street parking has restrictions and I forgot about it and got a parking ticket.
