-STUDY ROOM: Has 1 single bed, bedside table, windows, closet and a study desk. Sleeps 1 person.

Apartment spaces include a lounge, kitchen/dining area, bathrooms/toilets, laundry area and an outdoor balcony area.
THE LOUNGE:
The lounge is the perfect area of the house to go to whether to relax by yourself, kick back with a friend, watch your favourite Netflix show by logging into your own account or simply take an afternoon nap. There is a flat-screen TV, a small coffee table in the lounge room.
THE KITCHEN/DINING AREA:
We understand that food is an integral part of every trip, so we have provided a fully equipped modern kitchen that is always ready if you wish to cook up a storm. There is a fridge, microwave, stovetop, electric cooker, steam oven, kettle, toaster, pots, pans, crockery and a medium-sized dining table perfect for any eating needs.
Most of our guests don't cook because of our location - there are just so many restaurants for a decent price, a few minutes from where we are! Therefore we don't put on breakfast.
LAUNDRY AREA:
Have you split some coffee on your shirt? Or got clothes that need cleaning? Don’t worry! Our laundry area has a large basin, cleaning essentials, a machine dryer and a washing machine for all your basic cleaning needs. There is also an iron and ironing available.

In the event this was booked for a house party, please call Airbnb or your relevant platform for a full refund within 24 hours; otherwise we have no choice but to cancel the reservation immediately without refund. Guest will also be required to vacate the property immediately.
This will ALSO apply to having MORE GUESTS STAYING THAN the BOOKED AMOUNT. (Exceptions) Unless we have been notified before your stay. For security purposes we have cameras installed at the entrances to the property.

•You are to eat and drink in the kitchen/living room areas only.
•No overnight visitors are permitted
•Booked guests are responsible for the behavior of their guests.
•The yard is always to be kept clear of garbage and debris.
•No smoking, bad language or drugs on the premises.
•Smoking, alcohol allowed outside the property with proper disposal.
•Guests are required to provide access to their room in order for repairs to be done. Guests will be given as much advance warning as possible when repairs are scheduled.

Early Check-in/Late Check-out Requests:
- We are unable to determine the possibility of early check-in until the day of reservation.
- If you do require early check-in, please message me to see availability instead of a making a reservation request/booking – we will try our best to accommodate you however it is not guaranteed.
- All reservation early check-in or late check-out requests are accepted but NOT guaranteed as it is subject to availability on the day. Without the host’s direct written confirmation of check-in/out times; your reservation will follow normal check-in/out times.
- Our normal check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 10am.
- Additional fees may incur to secure early check-in/ late check-out.
- Alternatively, you may book an additional day ahead of your arrival to guarantee early check-in.
Cancellations & Refunds:
