This property is located at the foot of the Lake Worth bridge near the Snook Island kayak/paddleboard launch and fishing pier. Bryant Park is on the Intercoastal, just south of the bridge. The City’s beach amenities on the barrier island (the public beach, fishing pier, and historic Casino building) and the R. G. Kreusler Oceanfront Park are across the bridge, an easy walk from the property with breathtaking views from the top of the span.

The historic downtown area starts about 3 blocks to the west and is known for its locally-owned restaurants, bars, shops, and galleries. Cool eateries abound, like the Java Juice Bar at Studio 205, the Delicias Cuban Bakery at the Chevron station, and TooJay’s Deli & Bakery, which are very popular morning spots just a few blocks away from the property. The town hosts numerous festivals and events at the beach, Bryant Park, downtown, and elsewhere including the seasonal Saturday Farmer’s Market at the eastern foot of the Lake Worth bridge.

Downtown Palm Beach & West Palm Beach are a short drive to the north along A1A, Federal Hwy, or Dixie Hwy. Delray Beach is about a half an hour’s drive south.
