Welcome to 15 South - Unit A — a renovated 2-bedroom apartment just 5 blocks from the ocean in Jacksonville Beach. Sleep up to 4 guests across two queen beds with memory foam mattresses. Stroll to Eleven South for mesquite-grilled sea bass, or grab groceries at Whole Foods — both under a 6-minute walk. Pet-friendly and priced at $132/night, this is one of the best-value beach stays in the portfolio.

The space
The first floor has an open living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen — perfect for cooking in after a long beach day. Slide open the glass door and step onto a private paver patio with custom privacy fencing. Upstairs are both queen bedrooms, a full bathroom, and an in-unit washer and dryer. One bedroom has its own TV for late-night movie nights.

The kitchen is stocked with a Keurig, Nutri-bullet blender, olive oil, coffee, and tea — so you're set from the first morning. The private patio with a grill is ideal for cooking out while the summer heat finally breaks in the evenings. Keyless entry means no key exchange — just show up and walk in.

Five blocks puts you at the sand in under 10 minutes on foot. TacoLu's fish tacos and Engine 15 Brewing's craft stouts are both a short drive away. Free street parking out front handles the car.

Self check-in via keyless entry. High-speed WiFi, beach towels, and a fully stocked bathroom are included. Note: stairs are required to reach both bedrooms. This unit is pet-friendly. The unit is currently listed for sale — Nomad Hospitality will communicate any changes immediately and handle any impact with full care.

A refundable security deposit or optional damage waiver may be required. Guests will be given the option to choose between a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver prior to check-in.

Pet Policy:

Pets are welcome, but NO PETS ON FURNITURE or there will be an additional $150 charge if there is evidence of hair on couch cushions or bedding where it was obvious a pet was laying.

Our pet fee is $30 per pet, per night, with a maximum charge of $250 per stay. If your stay is long enough that the pet fee would exceed $250, please reach out to us before booking so we can assist you.

This is an amazing area of Jacksonville Beach where you will find many restaurants, cafes, and shopping areas within walking distance. The property is less than 7 blocks from the beach so that is the best feature. We love having the option of walking to local eats or hitting up established healthy chains. WholeFoods and several local restaurants are within 5 minutes of the unit. The Neptune Beach Towne Center is less than 10 min drive and with its own set of food, shopping, and nightlife.
