Enjoy “Cali-Tico” living at this centrally-located 2-bedroom Starlink internet internet home on the flats of Ojochal Village. New construction with California Vibe. Built above the ground, this home is better for airflow and keeps bugs and animals out! Air conditioning in every room. River and organic grocery and cafe within walking distance. Short drive to waterfall. Trampoline makes extra fun for kiddos. Fire circle is delightful for nighttime entertainment.

The space
Our plunge pool is a hot tub embedded in the deck. You can run cold or hot water with the jets. It's single-use, so there are no chemicals; it's like a bath for four people with jets.

We have a large lot with a fire circle.

We have a ceremony space or musical area outside.

Plug-in acoustic guitar available for use.

1 Boogie Board, 1 Surf Board for ocean play are also at the house.

Other things to note
Master queen bed and second large bedroom with twin bunk bed, with king-size air mattress with lumbar support. Whirlpool appliances - dishwasher, oven, and fridge. It's super easy to get to the home and reduced cost for taxi or car rental because there is no 4x4 required. We are a 4 minute drive to Citrus Restaurant.
