The space
The suite is located on the second floor of a heritage building in the heart of historic downtown Medicine Hat. The suite has a private 4 person salt water hot tub on a rooftop deck with private BBQ and smoker on the deck. Has 1 queen sized pillowtop mattress in the bedroom and 55" flat screen TV with Playstation 5 with several games. Ensuite bathroom has a soaker tub and an enclosed shower and the full sized laundry machines are located in the utility room. Full sized kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, toaster, drip coffee machine, nespresso coffee machine, milk frother, air fryers, blender, soda stream and dishwasher.
The living room has a comfortable leather sectional and 70" smart TV with Shaw cable, Prime, Disney+ and Netflix. Music can be streamed from your smart phone via Bluetooth to the Samsung soundbar or the Sony speaker you can take out onto the deck so you can enjoy music soaking in the hot tub, sitting around the fire table or enjoying your morning coffee or even supper on the patio table.
The exercise room has a weight bench, pull-up bar, adjustable dumbells, EZ curl bar and kettlebell. Also find reisitance bands, a bosu ball, yoga blocks and 2 yoga mats for your use either inside the suite or take your yoga mats outside onto the patio. in the summer you can enjoy a birds eye view of the live music from adjacent patio bar from the comfort of the hot tub or just enjoy the music while sitting around the gas fire table.
If cooking is your passion, then you will enjoy a well appointed kitchen with high end Hexclad cooking pots, pans, Nespresso virtuo, air fryer, instapot and a slushie machine.
2 inflatable paddleboards are also available for rent for the entire duration of your stay (unlimited use) for an additional charge (lifejackets, boards and paddles). Enjoy a leisurely paddle down the nearby South Saskatchewan river, Echodale park pond or head out to Cypress Hills provincial park. Memories are endless.

Guest access
Guests will enter the suite through the front door with the keypad access located on 3rd street SE (located to the right of the main floor business main entrance). Guests will then walk up a flight of stairs to the second floor and the suite is located facing the stairs at the end of the short hallway.
Guests have access to the entire suite.
Other things to note
Parking at the front of the building is limited and first come, there is a City of Medicine Hat 2hr parking limit in effect from 9am-5pm Mondays to Fridays, NO LIMIT evenings and weekends (there usually is ample parking right in front of the building as most shops close at 5pm)There is a parkade with elevator access behind the building that is accessible from 4th street SE (see photos). The 3rd level parkade gives you a bird's eye view of the rooftop patio and it is 4 hr parking limit (if you move your vehicle to a different stall, the time will reset (make sure it is not the same stall), it is unlimited parking evening and weekends. height restriction of 7 feet for vehicles. the parkade has 24hr video surveillance and 24 guards for peace of mind. I have never had anything go missing from my vehicle.
Please note that we are located near the rail yard and you can hear the trains from time to time. During the summer months, the outdoor patio bar "The Yard" located next to the building is in operation and has live music you can hear from time to time as well as various food trucks will be parked outside in front of the building. This lends to the charm and allure of the suite as you can listen to the live music from the comfort of the back patio or hot tub.
