Wake up in the morning to a spectacular ocean view, grab a cup of coffee and lounge on the deck!

Make some wonderful memories by taking a visit to The Three Sisters Pub, and finish off the evening with a seaside bonfire (in the large fire pit, of course!)

While you are right in the centre of town, this location feels very private.

A full kitchen, Netflix, wifi, laundry and more truly makes this a home away from home.

The space
Three little attached cottages are tucked into a corner of a cul de sac under the soaring white architecture of the Placentia Lift Bridge.

Tidewater cottage has two bedrooms with queen-sized iron beds, a closet, nightstand and spectacular view of the Harbour.

There is a kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave and with everything you need for four people.

A down-filled sofa in the comfortable living room, wide screen TV plus high-speed wifi make this an excellent spot for business travellers, families and vacationers.

A fire-pit on site and a beautiful back deck to sit and enjoy the ocean view of boats coming and going from the harbour

Guest access
This is one of two, two bedroom guest cottages. Guests will have access to the entire cottage.
Parking for one vehicle is provided in front of the cottage, with additional parking a few steps away.

PLEASE NOTE
• A fee of 50$ will be applied for lost or misplaced keys.

• Host is generally unavailable after 9pm, all inquiries or issues must be resolved before that time, or the following day.



We have a deck on the water side of the cottages with two chairs for each cottage. This view is spectacular all day.

The Placentia Lift Bridge
The cottages are very close to the water and the lift bridge. While locals never notice the sounds, sometimes guests note that the boats and the bridge are louder than they expected. We like to think that it's all part of the experience.
